  First, I want to commend the seller for the great communication, and for the prompt refund. The USPS had lost the package, which was by no means the seller's fault. Turned out that the items did finally arrive today. I already bought the wiper inserts from a local dealer last week though, so I'll save these for the next time they need replacing.   The first set of pads that arrived had grease all over them because the grease packet exploded. I contacted the seller and they sent a new set out quickly with a return label for the other set. My only complaint would be that they could have been packaged a little better but other than that I am happy.
