Poster arrived with undisclosed tape damage to the back (See Pics).
The poser was shipped in a very thin tube that was smashed almost flat in shipping, one cap totally gone, thus causing creases and a tear on this old poster (See pics).
Seller offered a $25 refund or that I could send it back.
When I said the refund was not good enough and that they need to send a label and a tube since this was destroyed.They advised it was not their problem.

Poster was listed as pre-owned and damage to the poster was disclosed to buyer in the listing in writing and photographs. This buyer was rude and made unreasonable demands which were against my return policy and an attempt to use feedback as a threat to get a larger than warranted partial refund. I am not required to even offer a partial refund. My return policy is stated on each listing and is an agreement entered into by the buyer and seller upon purchase. They wanted to be special.
