I bought two nord plus cell phones new in box and they arrived defective. Kept saying Sim was not registered. Went to metro pcs and it was the phone not the Sim card. Sent the phone back to the seller and the sellers only communication was to contact eBay for a refund, meaning they were unwilling to refund me for the items that was defective.As a seller I know that sometimes something I sale could be defective and I always refund my buyer. speaks to sellers business ethics and morals. Customer purchased two nord plus cell phones new in box, used the phones for a while, and then proceeded to fraudulently return the phones stating that they were defective. We have sold 100s of these phones and have yet to receive any complaints. After looking at their feedback level, it's clear to see that they have a history of dishonesty and unethical practices as a seller and buyer
