Hairdresser was very complimentary on the quality & I’ve had compliments on my hair from everyone. Seller was also fantastic as Hermes completely messed up the delivery & not only did she chase them she constantly kept me up to date with what was happening. Fantastic all round

  Within minutes of my buying and paying for this item the seller cancelled with no explanation. I asked for a reason and was told the price inextricably dropped. I note this seller has done this before. As far as I am concerned the sale was made and it should be honoured.
