My package was stolen from my porch due to UPS negligence and shipper worked with me throughout the process and once my claim with ups was paid back to the shipper, I received a full refund. Would recommend this seller to anyone just one note that if you get the package via UPS let them know to hide the package and not put it where the whole town can see it!
