I'd give them an A+++!!! I received exactly what was described and pictured in a timely manner. They went the extra step in their packaging. I was so worried the perfume was going to leak. But it was packaged so good that not even a drop could have escaped.. This is a Christmas present for my mom, I am sooo excited!
