  purchased twice from this seller. Both times he never shipped item and states they were lost, claims he will reship, but never does. Ultimately had to get refunds from eBay. Has lots of negative feedback for the same issue? Why does eBay keep sellers like this around?

  Seller was very nice w/great communication so I will not leave neutral or neg feedback. They honor their policies + have quality items. Shipping was quick + prices were Very Good. The other items I purchased were great. But the listing I chose was for genuine malachite beads and I paid the higher price. Once received it was obvious they were NOT real MALACHITE BEADS. Seller does offer imitation Malachite as well. It was possibly an associate error. ITEM WAS REFUNDED WITHOUT DEBATE! Thank you

  I oredered 3 strands of the "Picasso" style beads (see first photo) which are many different color beads. But I only received 3 strands all in brick red tones (see next photo). I'm not sure seller is fluent in English. Just kept repeating that I had received Picasso. No offer to exchange for product as represented. Very unsatisfying experience.
