I'll start by the saying the seller was very responsive and resolved the situation quickly, resulting in an overall POSITIVE experience. That said, inadequate packaging resulted in irreparable damage during shipping. Besides being smashed-in and not working, it seemed to be in very nice condition. I question the "New" description, but wouldn't have brought it up if the receiver worked. While disappointing to not have a working device, the seller deserves credit for their response.
