  Customer service (through eBay messaging) was great. Quickly helped me troubleshoot some issues and got me a replacement part quickly. I was reticent about ordering a used part over eBay without knowing much about the seller. After installing the replacement part I ordered I was still having some issues.   I purchased a motherboard that was listed as guaranteed working, but it arrived defective. I spent a lot of time and money replacing other parts, thinking they were the issue. Eventually, I confirmed the motherboard was the actual problem. I contacted the seller, explained everything, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. $280 is a lot to lose. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend this seller.

  FALSE CLAIMS: The control board we shipped was 100% working. FOR ANYONE READING THIS: We offer FREE TECH SUPPORT and can RESOLVE ANY ISSUE if you need assistance ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MESSAGE ME ON EBAY before starting any return. This buyer kept the board for 3 months then claimed that it did not work & demanded a refund but never contacted me previously. WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR PARTS TO BE USED FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. If two board do the same thing they are NOT DEFECTIVE & you have other issues. SAD!

  Very prompt shipping, which was great because our furnace was down. When I received this circuit board I had a question for the seller. I messaged them and they got back with me in about 2 minutes!!! This board did the trick. Furnace is back up and running. These guys really care about their customers.
