I bought 2 T6 Pro Z-Wave Programmable thermostats. Seller listed the item as "New". When I received the package today, I received 1 unit instead of 2 that I had ordered. It was also Opened box and not new (seal broken). On top of that, the box is TH6320ZW2003 box, but the item inside was Wifi model TH622WF2006. To add more insult to injury, there are scuff marks on the Wifi model. I cannot Contact Seller because it shows the "Buyers often ask about..." endless loop when I click Contact seller.

The item arrived with an additional $100.90 shipping cost. I refused to take it. So the package went back to the seller. I tried to contact the seller no response. I started a dispute and eBay stepped in and helped me to get my money back. The package is somewhere traveling again towards my area. I will not buy from this seller again.
