    The charger did not come in the original Tesla packaging and was missing the quickstart guide with QR code to commission the charger. The seller was consulted and they responded quickly with instructions on where the info is labeled on the charger allowing me to successfully commission the charger. This is an out of box item, which was not noted in the advertisement. Except for that, I would rate a 5 star.

    Item is as described; Charger appears new (not yet installed) but as noted in description, there is no orginal box or manual. Curious on how this company acquired items. One signifiant concern is there is only a 30 Day warranty by Parts-zone for which I am only giving 4 stars. Many customers may not have this installed by 30 days and you would be out $380. I missed this on the listing. A new charger from Tesla is $450 and has 4 year warranty. This is only a $70 savings.
