Horrible experience. Sent 5 messages over a week and no response. 2 pre order but I ordered anyway. I live an hour from them but the tracking says it shipped across the country and was delivered today. Still no response from the seller. I’ll adjust this rating if they would ever respond and make this right.

NO. I've had no radio for a month longer because I was waiting for my purchase! It Didn't ship when they said it would when I hit "Purchase"! And they had me waiting for a month, I was looking for it every day! Then I get an email that I received a refund like it was a special celebration.."We got your refund you asked for!!!" I Never asked for it!! WTH?? Tried to contact Ebay, tried the seller, no one responds!!! No humans; a robot that hangs up on you! It's infuriating!! I do Not like EBay!!
