  seller description was inaccurate, sent the shoes, said they would accept the return, then denied the return and refund. These shoes are 2 sizes too big. as a seller myself, i would take responsibility for not knowing what a 8.5 mens shoe size looks like, even if the numbers are unclear to you. Take measurements so that you are providing accurate sizing information in your listings. Terrible customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.

  Item showed up broken in more places than listed in the description, I contacted the seller with photos of the additional damage, and they told me the figure was extensively checked and that they had photos and video proving it wasn't damaged. I replied fine show me? The seller then told me he couldn't upload the files because and I quote " their to big"! I always reach out to a seller before leaving negative feedback to see if there is a resolution, But this one just didn't want to help!
