    I searched everywhere for HW-Q800D/ZA…. It was out of stock at manufacturer and retailers. I search for pricing found the seller on eBay and was pleasantly surprised great price. I was skeptical at first. Tracking came a day after ordering and a tracked package to my doorstep where I was required to sign for package !! Packaging looked great when I received it!! Brand new no flaws at all. I set it up and it works fantastic. Definitely would buy from this seller again thank you so much

    So the stove arrived and there is no apparent damage. Looks like the seller accurately described it. However the seller needs to find a different shipper. AM Trucking is incompetent to put it bluntly. The dispatch overbooked the delivery route and didn't keep appointments made in advance. Apparently they don't know how to use an appliance cart as they didn't use the safety strap. As a former truck driver, I wouldn't work for this company.

We’ll be filing a report with the carrier to ensure your concerns are addressed as the misuse of the strap could have ended in the unit being damaged which thankfully was not. All delivery personnel should have/use the proper equipment. We appreciate your support & understanding!

    delivery service was nice. they called to set up a delivery date. shipping did take almost two weeks but that was noted in description when purchasing. tv approved in great condition. however i am sad about the pic quality of the tv. but i think this is due to it being a matte screen finish which makes the picture seem as not clear. the tv itself is beautiful but as stated i feel samsung could have done a better job with the pic quality

    Seller kept my money for a month and at the last minute cancelled shipment with the story that the washer damaged just the day after I insisted I wanted to know where was the washer. All this time I was waiting believing it was on its way. First the seller advertised the item location as being in Florida. Then she changed her story to say it was in New Jersey. Then that I had a 7-10 business days guarantee shipment and after a month she cancells. Not honest, not responsive.
