    Postage was well done, shipped out almost immediately and got a response from them quickly, didn't have to chase after them like most ebay sellers, packaging was well done plenty of protection for the product, came exactly as described and well worth the money as they were selling it for the cheapest. The condition was perfect, and it was high quality.

    Extremely disappointed. Item purchased 2nd Oct, marked dispatched 6th Oct but no tracking provided until 12th Oct. Finally delivered 16th Oct - far slower than expected. Arrived rattling loose in a large box with zero protection; toy arrived lightly marked and inner box damaged. Poor communication and careless packaging. Wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

    Clarification: my comment about “poor communication” refers to the gap between the item being marked as dispatched (6th Oct) and tracking not being provided until 12th Oct (the tracking indicates that the label was created 10th Oct). At time of purchase the listing stated dispatch within 2 working days (this has since been changed). Item arrived loosely packed with no protective wrap; toy lightly marked and inner box damaged. This is an accurate account of my experience.

    Took a little longer for shipping but it was shipped from Ireland to the USA. I was a little worried but the seller replied to my questions. Came wrapped nicely and it survived the trip.
