    Purchased a IB500 that arrived profesionaly packed. The light is in flawless "new" condition. No signs of use at all. Like brand new condition. I expected to find a minor scratch or blemish somewhere and couldn't find anything at all. Still had all of the protective film on the LED face, touch controller, and all four reflectors.
