    The staff at French Start Consignment was fantastic. We traded multiple emails over the 24 hours I found the bag and decided to purchase it. Despite a computer glitch displaying a $200 shipping charge, they quickly made corrections and had the package out to ship sooner than I had expected. The bag was packaged well and arrived in great condition. The bag was exactly as described with only a few scuff marks on the outside that are consistent with a flight or two. Great value for this item.
