Contacted seller within an hour; however, they were already packed to go and the order couldn't be cancelled. They immediately started the process the return. Paid for shipping back and refunded me in a few days. Have purchased from them previously and would do so again.

    I have ordered from this seller many times as their prices are the best around. On one of my recent orders I had a problem with loading the cartridge.. They instructed me of two ways I could override the process, but neither worked. They immediately refunded me the cost of the cartridge and I ordered a new one and got it very quickly. They went above and beyond to assist me. I will continue to purchase my ink from this seller as I have been very satisfied with them.

    This is the second time i have purchased a cartridge from this seller and like the first order the item was delivered in a short amount of time,and the price is much better then buying from a store.Another plus is the seller includes a pre-paid postage envelope so the old cartridge can be recycled.Would be nice though if as a repeat customer there could be a slight discount for returning the old cartridge...just a thought.
