    I gave this review 1 star because the product arrived on time and was well-packaged. However, I mistakenly ordered the wrong part and requested a return or exchange. After three days with no response, I found the correct part elsewhere. The seller denied my return request without explanation and has ignored eight attempts to contact them over a two week period. Customer service is nonexistent.
