  I didn’t actually received the product. As the item was being packed, the seller noticed damage. He messaged me right away. Saying, “he couldn’t in good faith send me a damaged product.” While disappointing, t’is completely understandable. I appreciate that the seller didn’t send a damaged product & let me know in a timely manner so that I could find the product elsewhere in time for Christmas. The issue was out of their control but it was handled in a professional manner. Kudos

  Seller dropped package off on January 21. Was pending ever since, package never moved in the system. 2 cases opened up at usps no package. I understand there are delays, but 5 weeks isn’t acceptable. Seller responded a few times, but at some point do the right thing and refund. Instead I had to work through eBay to get the refund.
