    The package was sent out the day after I ordered it. There were some delays along the route, but that has nothing to do with the seller, just USPS. The item was packaged securely and everything arrived safely and intact. The item was just as described, and I am happy with all of it so far. It was palletized, bubble wrapped, wrapped in heavy cardboard & plastic wrapped for protection. Tail gate was well represented in the series of photo's on the site, no unpleasant surprises. After my initial purchase I spoke to Kyle ( eBay sales ) several times. He was pleasant, helpful & responded promptly when I reached out. Very Good overall experience.

    seat was in good condition as shown in pictures, price was excellent, shipping cost was reasonable. They did an excellent job wrapping the seats for shipment: starting with bubble wrap, then cardboard and finally a plastic wrap that worked out nicely as it was raining when I got it.

    Great company to purchase from and work with. They make your interaction with them very personal and professional. Tho the item I received was used/damaged they did their due diligence, investigated the issue and without any squabbling refunded my purchase to include shipping. There needs to be more professional companies like this. They are based in America for Americans!
