The item was advertised as new. However, the item was clearly used because the box was not sealed and the computer had a room name sticker on its surface. Item was also shipped poorly and the shipping box was partially open. The seller did offer a refund return and that is the only reason why I am giving a neutral review instead of a negative review. I don't have time to go to the USPS due to my work schedule. I also do not use used computers due to security concerns.
