  I have not received this item as of 8/20 @ 5:34 PM. I sent an email to the seller on the 18th of August, and I have received no response. My order number is 05-13444-00170 for New - Philips Sonicare Flexcare Premium Whitening Edition 2 Pack Bundle. I have tried to reach customer service for eBay as well, and I have not received a response. I am calling my credit card company, and putting in a dispute this transaction as of today.
