    After purchase and payment, the seller let me know that there was an error in their inventory, and my item was an open box, not "New" as listed. After some back and forth conversation - to which the seller was very prompt and courteous, I decided I no longer wanted the item. It had already been marked as "shipped" so I could not cancel it myself, but it had not been picked up yet, so the seller canceled it for me. I appreciate that they were flexible with me, and the communication was great.

    Came in less than a week and was well packed. This one was actually the limited edition that came with the screen even though it's not in the description. All of the accessories were still in their packaging brand new. The actual graphics card was mint and in perfect condition.
