We are a family Hardware Store and Building Supply in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We carry an extensive product line and work extremely hard to have a huge inventory in stock. We appreciate each and every transaction and promise to package and ship your order promptly. We actually ship six days a week. Half of our staff are volunteer firefighters, who enjoy serving our community and also you our valued customer. Thank you for supporting our eBay store and our dedicated firefighters.

    Ad states 2 tips per pack. I ordered 2 packs which should be a total of 4 tips. Received only 1 pack of two tips. I ordered and paid for 2 packs. No communication from the seller. Clearly the sellers ad is not stating the correct terms. The ad should state per tip not per pack. I sent the pack received back to the seller and received a refund.
