    printer was placed in a cardboard box with no padding and no protection and shipped. the power supply was knocked out of the printer and old ink cartridges were left in, than came out in shipment and jammed the carriage so could not be changed without disassembly. if you turn it on it says call maintenance. the power supply come out if you pick up the printer. its all junk now!!
