    James was amazing. This was the medal that I wanted. By mistake, James sent a different medal to me at first. I contacted him and he immediately responded and was apologetic that he made a mistake and grabbed the incorrect one. He told me that he would send me the correct medal and that I didn't have to return the one that he sent to me in error. Within days, the medal that I wanted was received.
