Following numerous exchanges a then tracked replacement was sent which was the wrong size. After more exchanges an alternative product was offered and refused and nearly two weeks later eBay support stepped in to secure a refund. As my experience fell far short of expectations, no stars are given. It would be true to say that I would never buy from this company again
