  Good communication! I didn't receive the pictured item but a similar one with some flaws. After I complained to the seller he was open to renegotiate the price and reimbursed an amount we agreed on. So after all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend this seller. If you buy from him, just make sure to ask if the pictures show the actual item you are buying.

  Although the unit was damaged by the shipping company, Hiroto san was very cooperative and friendly during the entire process. He packaged it thoroughly and professionally as indicated in the photos provided. My only wish is that the DX-7 case that was in the original product description (see photo) was included in the shipment. It's immaculate and super well-maintained. It looks brand new, much better than it looks in the photos. It came well protected inside and out with bubble wrap and papers. What I really loved was the thank you card, and by far, that full moon Hanafuda card, if I'm not mistaken, is the icing on the cake! Is a must buy!A+
