This seller supremely impressed me! The price for my item was waaay cheaper than other options and it arrived in brand new packaging and was packed safely. From the pictures and listing it seemed like the item was opened and used, but when I got it, it looked like it came straight out of the factory. Was super stoked to get a pristine item for a way better price AND in better condition that other listing of the same items asking almost twice the money. To the folks at Japan art store, thank you!

Dealing with the seller has been excellent! There was a problem with the product when it arrived. There was a crack in a critical part of the aluminum housing and it was not as described. There was rust on critical slides and it was not functioning properly. I contacted the seller, they apologised and asked if I would be able to repair it. I was able to and told them the cost of the repairs. We settled on a fair amount and the seller refunded the money very quickly. Honorable seller.
