The shipping took an eternity to get to the US from Japan, but it was in packaging that protected, the item was as described. I don’t believe it was a good value as I paid almost $200 for the one iron. I could have purchased a full set for $300 to $500. But I love my clubs and had to have the full completed set. (That’s my problem not the stores). They did communicate well, and would purchase again from them.

Whilst i am sure the seller had best intentions for a good delivery, FEDEX are very painful and are unable to give any meaningful updates and is in complete contrast to DHL (it may be a market difference that DHL has outstanding service in HK).
