Negatives both steering racks supplied were the wrong parts inside the boxes even thought the part numbers on the box were correct. Returns took over 1 month to arrange collection and refunds for both steering racks to be £25 short on each item a total of £50 through no fault of our own. Messaged to ask the question why and no reply. You didnt open a returns case so bypassed the proper system, hence the delay, which is also why a 10% fee was retained. From a 'professional bodyshop' as well.
