Seller sent a late model shaft instead of the $350 shaft advertised. After acknowledging mistake, seller did not send a return label until maximum allotted time by Ebay, and after receiving the returned package waited the maximum amount of time to return funds. Clearly did not care...

We accidentally sent the original $350 Ventus, and not the Ventus TR that the customer purchased. We made an honest mistake and took care of it for the customer, as customer service is our number one priority.
