    There was an issue with FedEx where they lost my package. I realized there was a problem after I saw no tracking updates other than "we're awaiting your parcel". The seller was extremely transparent and after I told him about it, he responded with the bad experiences he's been having of a similar nature and offered me a full refund plus $10 extra for the inconvenience. That is fantastic service!
