    The mats got lost in delivery--but the seller was so on it, they contacted me to tell me what happened, and refunded my order before I even thought anything was wrong! So kudos to them for keeping a close eye on their orders and following through! Hopefully I will get to buy something from this seller again--they are on the ball, and I appreciate that.

Called postal service and they said the tracking number was not to my address - had a different STREET but same city and zip code. Contacted seller about this and they issued a refund in a timely manner, which is why I'm leaving a positive review.

    Made multiple attempts to contact the seller with no luck. They refunded most of my money. But now I see some new thing called retail fee? Of 28 cents? That was not refunded I want to know why. And I want to know who is the carrier that screwed up my order. It's a simple order a very small package. And I can't even ask the seller to send it again. They give me something about 25 to 30 days. Why can't they just tell me that they don't have it? Why did the whole thing get shipped to begin with?
