Do not deal with this seller. not a 24h response as mentioned; red-flag servic Item ordered on 3/24/24. 3/25-26: no shipment. 3/27: asked seller to provide tracking number and received no response. 3/28: no response 3/29: response quoted ‘Tracking will be uploaded shortly. This is shipping out today’. 3/29: no thing uploaded. Asked for tracking number again & no response again. 3/30: asked and no response 3/31: asked and no response 4/1: provided tracking shipment 4/9: item received.

I apologize this item did get shipped out 4 days late because we were sick. BUT this buyer also messaged me a minimum of 15 times literally every few hours over a holiday weekend after I had already responded to their message. As a small business owner I wear a lot of hats and while I do my best to respond to all messages I do take weekends and holidays off. We do not offer 24 hour turnaround as this buyer mentioned, there must be some confusion there.
