  Communication with this buyer not good. Bought decal May 3rd. Seller marked shipped May 6th with bogus tracking #. May 13th sent message & requested refund because no communication & no decal. May 15th decal arrives postmarked May 12th. So you can see it only took 3 days to receive. If shipped May 6th per seller it would have been here on or about May 9th. Sending the seller the $2.13 I was refunded because, I finally received the decal. It's the right thing to do.

  I'll be positive not neutral here cause i love it once it got here! I Just wish it wouldn't have taken so long to come via regular mail and cost of a stamp from united states post office not .65 shipping ..... Heck that price should've made it come quicker not later.... Lol can't complain though because other than that! I'm happy about it and may end up buying another one of my other two sellers don't send theirs and theirs was ordered within days of yours.... So I'm not keeping my hopes up!!
