  I can say that the package arrived in very good condition, with everything shown in the images included and I even had the surprise that a Pokemon card came included. When I purchased the item (Nintendo Switch Lite) for my son's birthday, I was excited to find that this item would be coming all the way from Japan. The seller told me.that there would be some delays almost immediately after purchasing the item, but I was ok with that as it was being shipped over seas. The item was as described.   It took a little while to get here, but that’s only to be expected coming from another country, and the seller made sure to communicate that their postal system was facing an issue, so shipping was great. The pictures honestly undersold the condition. The screens looked super scratched in the picture, but in person they look incredible! Plus the seller included a little happy which I thought was so sweet! Not to mention it was one of the best monetary deals I could find.

  Awesome experience, the seller was extremely polite, and punctual. The console was as described, and any flaws with the LCD was accurately disclosed. The condition of the shell was very clean, and a lot of care was put into the packaging to make sure it was safe. Game also works as described, and the seller even included a random Japanese Pokemon card along w/ a business card, which was really neat! Expedited shipping only took THREE days to the US.   The item came just as described with everything included being in great condition. The packaging was expertly done. My console was wrapped perfectly in protective bubble wrap and the box it was in made sure there wasn't a lot of movement, keeping everything secure. Even the shipping was timely. Overall, they did a great job of getting my items to me in the best condition that they could be.
