  Package arrived opened when sold as new. Seller refused to accept it being returned for a refund due to it being past 30 days as I was out of town. I messaged them right after I opened the package. They didn’t even ask why I waited to open package. Instead they immediately denied the return for a refund disregarding of my unhappiness with the product. They don’t care about the customers. Buy elsewhere if you actually want to get what you pay for.

  The box was opened to take photographs for the listing. The product itself was not opened and 100% authentic for that matter You received exactly what was shown. I didn’t need to ask why you took so long to open it. You made unsubstantiated accusations in your first message and it was obvious how this transaction would go. Please have that lab test done by your professor friend and update with the results. Other sellers beware, nothing makes this one happy.
