Answered our questions before I ordered instantly,soon as I ordered got a call thanking me for buying off them and checking contact details call later on to arrange delivery date emailed and texted night before delivery with a time slot delivery lads called when they were 20 minutes away. Delivery lads were extremely helpful and cheerful and nothing to much trouble put it exactly where I wanted it unwrapped it checked it took all packaging away. A⭐️

  I had a fantastic service from these guys. Communication was really good throughout, they sent a video of my sofa being wrapped and stored, and kept it for me for several weeks until I was ready.   What an amazing company this is. Everyone that I've had any dealings with has been friendly , polite and extremely helpful. Once you've made your choice ( from a modern upto date sofa all the way through to traditional sofa) you get a call to let you know what happens next . My sofa was collected from a warehouse and taken to joseph james where it's inspected videod by someone walking around it showing you the item.
