    Fantastic seller. I think my item got lost in the Canada Post strike / shuffle, so I waited for over a month trying to be patient. I finally after 5 weeks decided to give up, thinking it got lost in the mail. I requested a refund, it was processed within an hour, zero fuss. I consider this exceptional customer service and will absolutely try again next time I'm looking for a specific card. This was outside their control and they still took responsibility. A++ feeling.
