They packaged the plush well & shipped quickly. The plush is well made and exactly as described & depicted in photos. He looks brand new and still has the original tags.     My item never arrived So I cannot tell you about quality condition value or appearance. I can tell you about the seller of this item. Me not receiving my item was in no way shape or form due to the seller. The seller got my item shipped out to me super fast and then it ended up stagnant somewhere in the postal service, and we still can't seem to find it either! This seller was a total rock star!! Great communication, and even helped me with the refund process! Five stars for sure!!!
