  Item was beautiful and even prettier than described! I was broken hearted to open and the entire crystal bottom had been shattered in shipping! We have lately had a lot of issues with our hub for USPS! Made contact and immediately replied and was so nice and kind ask which I would prefer replacement or refund. Unfortunately I went with refund due to pretty much expect another to be handled the same way! Have refund already and would gladly do business again!!!
