  Item missing parts but description didn’t note the item was incomplete. Pics were not detailed and difficult to distinguish individual components, all parts were black, (black on black). I tried several times to find a compromise but seller refused to help or find any common ground. Buyer beware, seller descriptions are intentionally vague & pictures lack detail. Sadly, This type of seller gives eBay a bad reputation.

  Buyer did not look at the photos for the item. Photos clearly show what the item comes with and even has a close up photo showing no filter tray. The buyer immediately accused me of not including all the parts, demanded money from me and threatened to leave a back feedback comment. Buyer never went through the proper channels to request a return or refund. Buyer never tried to compromise anything, just wanted to bully his way into a refund.
