Seller was also open and generous with shipping even though the listing was labeled as a pick up only. Very well packaged too. The product just needed a quick cleaning/sterilization which was to be expected being a used medical machine, but it has been working like a champ and for the price it was an absolute deal and it was a pleasure working with the seller.
