They arrived very quickly, however, although the batteries were new and sealed, they were actually very weak and did not charge with the included wall charger. The batteries were not good, but Seller provided a free return and issued a full refund. Excellent Seller provided Excellent 5-Star Customer Service.

  Absolutely the worst seller I have ever dealt with. They claim to have shipped the item on May 3, but provided a fake tracking number. The real shipment only began on May 17, after I had already requested a cancellation. Do not do business with this company—they are completely unprofessional, dishonest, and provide zero accurate information about their products. I made the mistake of paying nearly double the regular price just to receive the item quickly, while the same product costs

  We do same day shipping for orders before 2:00 PM PST, We ship on Saturday too. Although we discovered this unusual case late, we promptly took action to address it.
