    The seller was great to work with. The items were packaged well and shipped quickly. The keys arrived in excellent condition. The only disappointment was what seems to be price tag residue on the corner of the boxes. The seller was gracious and combined shipping on all my purchases (I was new to bidding on multiple auctions and had not had time to read the sellers information which was clear about waiting for a single invoice for multiple items). I greatly appreciated the extra effort.

    The water hammer arrester arrived in great (new) condition, as described and shown in pictures, due to the extra care that this seller took in packaging it for shipping. There was padding around the item's original box and a good-quality outer box to protect it from rough handling. These items are fairly soft copper, so the care taken was greatly appreciated. I recommend this seller and would gladly do business with them again.

    this is the best hand saw I now own and it arrives just in time - to make me feel better about how disgusting ebay has become and of course the broken system of the post office that is destroying ebay - the seller did a great job of getting this in the mail and packing and the price was great and shipping great - I was thinking with the trillions ebay has made why don't they have their own delivery system in place - well because they are a bunch of greedy bast tards that don't care about us.
