    How was there a mix up on the description vs what you received??? You placed the order on 11/11/2024 at 12:16 PM and cancelled the order on 11/11/2024 12:30 PM. Since the order was cancelled you did not receive anything from us.

    The parts are as described and in new condition. Instructions are a little bit confusing for someone that has never done this before. My issue is the shipping cost. It is almost the same price as the item itself. I ordered something else from someone else and by chance they were from the same area. Their shipping was not even close to this price. I believe it was excessively high for this item. Would not have gotten it if I didn’t need it.

    The item is brand new in a factory sealed box and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer's production facility. The shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the address the item is shipping to as well as the size and weight of the box the item ships in. The shipping charges are clearly listed on the item page, if you felt they we too high we do not understand why you purchased the item. We have blocked you and reported you to eBay.
