  My Staub cast iron pot was received quickly. The packaging wasn’t as protective as needed for the long journey, so unfortunately, the pot was damaged in transit. After contacting the seller they were quick to offer a refund and to pay for return shipping. We came up with a solution that worked for both of us and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and interaction with them.
