    The item arrived unusable, but the shop did their due dilligence in packing it safely and securely. I suspect it was broken because of the carrier; it happens, and the seller is not to blame for this. Your local parcel distribution center is. KANAU rectified the issue and made sure I was taken care of after the shipping mishap, which I have to reiterate was the carrier's negligence, not KANAU. Class act for working with the customer from beginning to end, would still recommend!
